Angle Adjustment Unit for Camera

Two camera angles are adjusted at the same time by using screws and without changing the distances of workpieces.

1. Purpose
Using recognition cameras, inspect external appearance of the workpiece on slow moving conveyor.
2. Points for use
To insure proper inspection workpiece needs to be with in Workable distance and vision range of camera. For initial adjustment, both the goniometer and linear stage scale are set to zero. Coarse adjustment is done using a adjustment bolt and knurled handles. Knurled handles are placed on opposite side of inspection units and are used to place the camera within Workable distance. When both cameras reach Workable distance, the scale of two dial gages that are in contact with knurled handwheels are set to zero. finer adjustment are than done using a goniometer and standard stage.
