Conveyor Transfer Mechanism
The workpiece direction is reversed using a vacuum clamp
1. Purpose
This mechanism stops a thin plate, then changes its orientation by 180 degrees with a vacuum clamp. After changing the orientation, the clamp releases the metal plate and it resumes its motion.
2. Target workpiece
Shape: Thin plate panel (glass)
Size: W62 to 200 x D75 to 320 x H2mm
Mass: 300g

The torque of the rotary table is taken into consideration since the moment of inertia increases as the diameter of the object workpiece rotation increases.
