Positioning Mechanism for Conveyor Guides
The conveyor guide can be set to three different positions.
1. Purpose
+ The cylinder moves the conveyor guide to three different positions.
+ Three positions are produced based on differences in the strokes of two cylinders.
> Cylinder 1: f20·st100mm, Cylinder 2: f32·st50mm
+ Synchronization is achieved using a rack & pinion.
2. Target workpiece
+ Box
+ Outer shape: W150xH50xL200mm
W250xH50xL200mm
W350xH50xL200mm
+ Workpiece Weight: 5kg
