Chucking Mechanism

1. Purpose
 Stacked container lids are picked up by the suction cups and moved to a temporary site. Workpieces inside the container are all removed. Container lids are placed back and empty container is picked up and placed to different station. Lids removal and picking-up of empty container is done using same grip and lift hand.

2. Points for use
 It is applied to peripheral equipment of workpieces such as container.
 Setting change is not required.

3. Target workpiece
 Shape: Plastic container
 Size: W540 x D293 x H78mm
 Mass: 2.6kg (including workpiece inside tray)

(Lid 0.5kg)
