Identification for Positioning Compensation

Applicable to changes of thin plate size using a single axis actuator

1. Purpose
The square edge of a thin plate transferred on a table is identified by two cameras to compensate for the position drift in the X and Y plane. After the table completes the error compensation, the table moves to the next process.

2. Points for use
Due to frequent changes in position settings, multiple cameras are used to identify multiple workpieces.
This system can be used for various size work pieces.

3. Target workpiece
 Shape: Thin plate panel
 Size: W325 x D608 x H1mm
 Weight: 0.5kg

4. Design Specifications
+ Operating Conditions or Design Requirements
