Manually driven transfer mechanism
1. Purpose
+ Conveyor to manually transfer pallets without using a motor.
+ Used to visually inspect defective products coming from manufacturing line. Defective product can be visually inspected by moving it to the desired position with the handle. After inspection, it is possible to return the product back to manufacturing line by reversing the conveyor flow direction.
2. Points for use
+ Defective products automatically flow from manufacturing line. When defective products reaches the manual conveyor, it is moved to the desired position by the inspector (at this point, the product is on the downstream side). Once inspected, product is returned to the transfer by reversing conveyor.

+ Pallet
+ Outer dimensions: W264 x D500 x H150mm
+ Workpiece weight: approx. 20kg

+ Selection Criteria for Main Components
Handle
> Due to the friction coefficient of the chain, a workpiece can be smoothly transferred even when it is heavy. The conveyor handle need to be selected accordingly to the conveyor load capability.
