Roller Conveyor Mechanism

Prevents workpieces from being dislodged during turns.

1. Purpose
 An ascending/descending mechanism that can turn to change the transfer direction. This mechanism uses an air cylinder and a rotary actuator.

2. Points for use
 After loading a workpiece in the roller conveyor unit, the work guides ascend to hold the workpiece during turns.

3. Target workpiece
 Box shape: cardboard box
 Size: W600 x D300 x H350mm
 Mass: 1kg
